(MBE) <\/strong>, which handles &#8220;<strong>Delivery &amp; Customs Duties Included (US DDP)<\/strong>&#8221; transportation, customs clearance and delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li> <strong> The Wine Club<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Wine Club at Casa Porciatti is a way to receive, directly to your home, a curated selection of wines and extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany.<br \/>\nYou can choose from five tiers<em>(tiers<\/em>):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Essential Italian Wine Trials<\/li>\n<li>Gravel Roads<\/li>\n<li>Sangiovese Lovers<\/li>\n<li>Great Classics<\/li>\n<li>Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil\n<p>Each tier can include <strong style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">6 or 12 bottles<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">, with <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">1 or 2 shipments per year<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">, in the months of <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">May<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\"> and <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">November<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">.<br \/>\n<\/span>By subscribing to the Wine Club, you will always receive <strong style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">the next available shipments<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\"> under the plan you choose.<br \/>\n<\/span>Shipments are not tied to the calendar year, but to the subscription period.<br \/>\nThe price listed on the website is final: it includes wine, transportation, duties and customs fees. No additional fees will be charged on delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li> <strong> Payment<br \/>\n<\/strong>Payment for the Wine Club is made <strong style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">once a year, at the time of membership<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">, and covers all scheduled shipments for the subscription year.<br \/>\n<\/span>The subscription automatically renews every 12 months, unless cancelled by the customer.<br \/>\nThe Wine Club&#8217;s economic conditions are based on current regulations and logistics costs.<br \/>\nAny future changes will be communicated in advance and may be applied only to subsequent renewals, leaving the customer the option to cancel the subscription.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li> <strong> Shipments and weather<\/strong><br \/>\nShipments leave twice a year: in <strong>May<\/strong> and <strong>November<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIn case of excessive heat or cold, we may decide to postpone shipments to protect the wines.<br \/>\nIf you still prefer to receive them, we will, but we cannot be responsible for any damage caused by the temperatures.<br \/>\nIf you sign up later than one of the shipping months, you will receive the <strong style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">next available shipment<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">, according to the Wine Club calendar.<br \/>\n<\/span>The shipping dates shown are <strong style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\">estimated<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: var(--wpex-surface-1);\"> and may change for logistical or customs reasons.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>  Minimum age to receive wine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Casa Porciatti Srl sells and ships wine only to people who have reached the legal drinking age in their country of residence.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In Italy and the countries of the<\/strong><strong>European Union<\/strong>, the sale is reserved for persons <strong>18 years of age or older<\/strong>.
